Q: How often do I have to come?
A: After your initial appointment with the therapist, a treatment plan including goals will be developed and discussed with you. Because, you are the most important part of your rehab program, it is essential that you attend your therapy sessions on a consistent basis. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call in advance.

Q: Who Pays for Physical Therapy?
A: Before treatment is initiated, your insurance will be verified. Verification of insurance does not guarantee payment, only that therapy services are a covered benefit. Until your insurance company receives an actual bill, they do not guarantee coverage.

Q: How do I file with my insurance?
A: We are happy to file all insurance claims as a service to you. Please present your insurance information to the receptionist at the time of your initial visit. We ask that co-insurance payments (or deductibles not met) be paid at the time of service. We also ask that you follow up with your insurance company regarding claims not paid on a timely basis. Services not paid by your insurance company are your responsibility.

Q: What should I wear?
A: When you attend your therapy appointments, please wear loose clothing and walking shoes.
